A warm welcome awaits you at Carrigeen Castle in Butler Family ownership since 1919. Mrs Peig Butler has been operating a Bed and Breakfast in her home since 1976 and is one of the most experienced hosts in the Irish hospitality sector.

Carrigeen Castle, which dates from the late 17th Century, was largely built 1813-15 as The Bridewell of Cahir. Just five minutes’ walk from Cahir town, Carrigeen Castle has traditionally styled rooms with views of the mountains and gardens, and free parking.
