From the 6th to the 9th of March 2025, Finding a Voice Arts Festival will take place in the town of Clonmel. This Festival will showcase the talent of female composers across the world, in celebration of international women’s day.

Fleadh Cheoil Thiobraid Árann
The annual Fleadh Cheoil Thiobraid Árann will take place in Newport town for 2025 from the 17th to the 19th of May, where a display of traditional Irish music and dance will take place.

Rhododendron Walking Festival
The Rhododendron Walking Festival is organised by the Rhododendron Walking Festival Committee, comprised of locals from the areas surrounding the Knockmealdown and Galtee mountains, in conjunction with Siul Eile. The festival takes place annually every May and seeks to encourage all ages groups to partake in scenic walks along the Galtee Vee Valley.

Clancy Brothers Music and Arts Festival

The Purcell Picnic Cultural Festival
Taking place in Loughmore, the Purcell Picnic is a celebration of heritage, culture and history in which medieval dress is encouraged. The Loughmore festival is taking place on the 23rd of June from 2 to 6 pm.

Fethard Sports Day
Fethard sports day takes place in June in Feathard town park which is a sport, recreation & health campus. Members of the community from all ages can compete in sport events to win various prizes.

Since 2018 Ballyporeen Community Council have organised the Music Maker Festival in June in order to bring big music events to a small village.

Clonmel Junction Arts Festival
Clonmel Junction Arts Festival will take place during the first week of July. The Junction Dome and various other venues both indoor and outdoor will hold the events, many of which are free and family friendly. From tastefully done mouth juggling and laugh out loud comedies to sound art exhibitions there is something for everyone.

Féile Brian Ború
Féile Brian Ború is an annual festival in the beautiful and historic twin-towns of Killaloe & Ballina. The Féile Brian Ború committee aim to celebrate Ireland’s Greatest High King and keep alive the name of the Great Brian Ború.

Fair on the square
Fair on the square is an annual event which will take place on the 4th of July from 4pm to 11pm in the liberty square in Thurles. The event promotes the arts and music, with craft stalls, face painting, balloon modelling, music and street entertainment.

Queen of the Castle
Rathkeevin Macra hosts three days of music, food, and fun in Cahir, during the month of August. The queens competition is a nod to the former Queen of the Fair which took place historically. Now local businesses are encouraged to put forward a queen to compete.

Clonmel Applefest
Clonmel Applefest is an annual festival that celebrates the food, heritage and natural environment of the town, by promoting the arts. The festival will take place from the 25th to the 28th of September, where collaboration with many local and national artists, crafters, food producers, performers and communities will occur in order to promote Clonmel as a valued place to live and visit due to it’s rich culture and history.

Cashel Arts Festival
A four-day festival set in the town of Cashel which encourages visitors and members of the local community to participate in a wide variety of arts. Dromineer Nenagh Literary Festival
The annual Dromineer Nenagh Literary Festival has established itself as an important literary event in the Irish festivals landscape. The event takes place every October and exhibits the beautiful historic town of Nenagh and the surrounding area of Lough Derg.
