The Prize: A Wonderful Stay at the Cashel Palace Hotel
The lucky winner will enjoy a 2-night escape for two sharing at the exquisite Cashel Palace Hotel, a 5-star sanctuary of luxury. This includes a gourmet breakfast each morning and a sumptuous dinner on an evening of your choosing. The prize must be taken within 12 months of being notified.
Entry and Prize Terms and Conditions
- Prize Description: The prize consists of a 2-night stay for two people sharing a room at the Cashel Palace Hotel. It includes a gourmet breakfast each morning and a sumptuous dinner for two on one evening of the winner’s choice.
- Booking and Availability: The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed within 12 months from the date the winner is notified. The stay is subject to availability at the time of booking and excludes public holidays, festive periods, and special event dates.
- Exclusions: The prize does not include travel expenses, insurance, personal expenses, or any additional services not explicitly mentioned (such as spa treatments, additional meals, minibar expenses, and telephone charges).
- Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years or older to participate. Employees of Tipperary Tourism, the Cashel Palace Hotel, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- Entry Deadline: All entries must be received online no later than October 31, 2024. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
- Liability: Tipperary Tourism will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize. This includes not being responsible for entries not received due to technical failures, internet congestion, or any issues with computer systems, networks, or providers that may prevent the submission or receipt of an entry before the deadline.
- Acceptance: Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Tipperary Tourism and its affiliates to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Modification or Cancellation: Tipperary Tourism reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without notice, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.
- Data Protection: By entering this competition, entrants agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information in order to process and contact them about their prize entry.
- Governing Law: The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
- Acknowledgement: By participating in this competition, all entrants are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
