Tipperary Boutique Distillery is a premium Single Estate Whiskey Distillery. Situated on a farm at Ballindoney, just outside Cahir in Co. Tipperary, this is a true grain-to-glass operation, with their own-grown Barley grown on the land, along with the water that flows through it, forms the foundation of the whiskeys and gins crafted onsite in a dedicated distillery. These premium spirits are enjoyed by connoisseurs around the world. Jennifer Nickerson is the only female Whiskey Distillery and Poitin Producer in Ireland, whilst her husband Liam is the sixth generation of the Ahearn Family to grow and harvest Barley on the land.
