Nenagh Library

Tipperary County Council Library Service offers a vibrant, inclusive, and countywide public library network that supports lifelong learning, creativity, and community engagement. We have 12 branches across County Tipperary. The innovative My Open Library self-service access is available in Carrick-on-Suir, Cashel, Nenagh, Roscrea, and Tipperary. This service gives access to the library from 8am to 10pm, 365 days a year. Borrowers can enjoy free access to books, eBooks, audiobooks, newspapers, magazines, and online learning platforms. The libraries also provide assistive technologies, sensory spaces, exhibition venues, and outreach services to schools and community groups. Tipperary Studies and the Digital Archive preserve and promote the county’s rich heritage, making the library a hub for both contemporary resources and historical research.
