This moderate 11km, three-hour walking route on forestry roads takes you along the shoulder of Crohan Mountain and traces a stretch along the Glengalla River. It also takes you within 200m of the round tower monument to Liam Lynch, whose death nearby heralded the end of the Irish Civil War.
