Taste of Christmas in Roscrea Town has been running for the past 10 years and has become one of the most treasured annual traditions in the local calendar. Taking place at the historic Black Mills site, the festival combines the magic of Christmas with the energy of community spirit, attracting thousands of visitors each year from across the Midlands. From the beginning, the festival has given local producers, craftspeople, and food exhibitors an opportunity to showcase their work, while also creating a platform for young people through the TY Mini Company, encouraging creativity, entrepreneurship, and innovation among students.
