The Cottage is located in an area of great natural beauty and is very spacious. It has a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area with large comfortable leather sofas and window seating. In our living room we have a large open fire complete with 42" flat screen TV. Our french doors leading from this living room opens out to our stone patio to a most fantastic view of the countryside complete with BBQ, round table and chairs and lazy suzy for al fresco dining on those warm sunny evenings. Our cottage has 4 spacious bedrooms with an optional bedroom with sofa bed. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with 3 out of the four bedrooms having king sized beds. The other bedroom has twin beds. Our Master bedroom upstairs has an ensuite and walk in wardrobe. One of our bedrooms downstairs also has an ensuite. We provide all bed linen and towels for your stay. Our main bathroom boasts a stand alone bath and separate shower. Upstairs in our lounge area is our 50" flat screen TV with large luxurious leather sofa complete with foot stool. For those rainy days we have a complete library of books and DVDs. There is also a pool table for guest use. The Cottage has a fully equipped modern cream kitchen complete with breakfast bar with all you could need to prepare wonderful meals. The worktops throughout the kitchen and utility are granite. Explore the lake by boat. Enjoy some brisk sailing or take your ease in a fishing boat. Gort na gCapall serves as an ideal base for the fisherman, sailing enthusiast and windsurfer. The nearby village of Dromineer has two harbours suitable for sailing and fishing boats. We can arrange weekly rental of fishing boat or indeed a fisherman at Gort na gCapall cottage. Contact us for additional information. We can also arrange a trip on our pony and trap to views the local area or indeed for the most adventurous try a gallop on our outdoor horse area. Enjoy fishing at nearby Annaghbeg Bridge, walk Sli Eala or indeed take a stroll to the local villages of Ballycommon or Dromineer and enjoy the traditional music or stay at home by the big open fire and unwind in a tranquil setting.
